As a Daily Worker Waiter, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. You'll greet customers, take orders, and ensure they receive their meals promptly and accurately. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring that our restaurant's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate meal delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring it meets the restaurant's high-quality standards.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations and information about the restaurant's menu and specials.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining area, including table setting, clearing tables, and cleaning.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
