Pacific Digital is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Training Officer in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Support the Training Officer in conducting training sessions and providing feedback to participants.,Assist in the evaluation and improvement of training programs based on participant feedback and performance metrics.,Help in the coordination of training schedules and logistics, including venue arrangements and participant communications.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other educational resources.,Support the Training Officer in maintaining records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the organization of internal and external training events and workshops.,Provide administrative support to the Training Officer as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong understanding of training and development principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
