📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.,Ensure consistency in the user experience across all platforms and devices.,Maintain and update design systems and style guides.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.,Experience with design systems and style guides.,Understanding of user-centered design principles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
