As an experienced bartender at Craved Bali, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving drinks to guests in a variety of settings, including our bar, beach club, and private events. Our bar uses a variety of mixers, juices, and spirits, including premium brands such as Patron, Hennessy, and Belvedere. You will need to be familiar with cocktail recipes and techniques, and be able to adapt to the needs of our diverse guest base. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good condition.
• Recommend and suggest new drinks and cocktails to guests based on their preferences and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that all guests receive excellent service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beverage industry.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and mixology.
• Familiarity with a variety of spirits, mixers, and juices, including premium brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Valid food handler’s certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
