In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of our wellness facilities, including our yoga studios, meditation rooms, and spa areas. You will work closely with our team of wellness experts to ensure that all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Botanika Wellness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair wellness facilities, including yoga studios, meditation rooms, and spa areas
• Ensure all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology
• Work closely with the wellness team to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for guests
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failure and ensure safety
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment usage
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of wellness facilities for events and workshops
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and install new equipment and technology
• Train and mentor junior staff on wellness facility maintenance and safety procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness facility maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of wellness equipment, including yoga mats, meditation cushions, and spa technology
• Familiarity with wellness software and tools, such as scheduling systems and inventory management software
• Certification in wellness facility maintenance or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
