📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local job boards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees using 360-degree feedback tools.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
