Apotek Jaya Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping people thrive in their careers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
