📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the fleet's operational status, including fuel levels, vehicle condition, and driver performance.,Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for the fleet, ensuring timely servicing.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Manage and update fleet documentation, including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and insurance details.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
