📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials,Facilitate training sessions and workshops,Assess training needs and design solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and coaching to employees,Stay updated with the latest learning and development trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field,1-3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other learning management systems,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
