📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Handle employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on company culture and employee satisfaction.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to provide valuable insights to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment).,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
