PT Cipta Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As the Lead Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the finance team.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior accountants in the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
