📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's inventory system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Work closely with the procurement team to monitor and manage inventory levels and reorder points.,Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data for reporting and decision-making purposes.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure the smooth operation of the inventory management system.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
