📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems in the cement production facility.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement mechanical engineering solutions to address operational challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the facility.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and apply relevant technologies to our processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the cement or manufacturing industry.
