📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales operations to meet targets.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
