📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze production and logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software like TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
