📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned branches, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Managing a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver excellent customer service.,Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conducting regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of branch operations are running smoothly.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
