📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-organized restaurant.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain food safety and quality standards by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including food, labor, and utilities, to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
