📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of a specific section within the company.
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Managing and motivating a team of employees to achieve departmental goals.
  • Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  • Reporting to the Department Head on the progress and performance of the section.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives and improvements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving departmental goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
