📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and develop graphic design layouts, visuals, and illustrations for digital platforms.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.,Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with our company's aesthetic.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Manage and optimize design assets to ensure they are properly stored, organized, and easily accessible.,Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our digital platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.,Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
