As an Academic Tutor in Bali, you’ll have the unique opportunity to teach with purpose in small, intimate classes. Our tutors are the heart of our mission to provide personalized learning experiences, and we’re looking for passionate educators to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students to develop customized lesson plans, assess their progress, and provide ongoing support. You’ll use a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure each student reaches their full potential. With a focus on fostering a love for learning and academic excellence, you’ll help shape the futures of our students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning style.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with students, parents, and other educators to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Utilize educational software such as Prodigy, Khan Academy, and Quizlet to enhance learning experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to share insights and learn from colleagues.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student growth and confidence.
• Adhere to Aspire Hub's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic tutoring or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of subject matter, particularly in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or humanities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
