As a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Specialist at PT. Cahaya Pratama Internasional, you'll work closely with our finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive the company's growth. You'll be using industry-standard tools like SAP and QuickBooks to manage our financial data, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the financial health of our organization.

We're offering a competitive salary package of IDR 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement benefits, and professional development opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that drive the company's growth.
• Work with the finance team to forecast and budget for the company's financial needs.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the company's leadership team.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
