📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess financial processes and controls.
• Analyze financial data using SAP, Oracle, and Excel to identify discrepancies and inefficiencies.
• Prepare and present audit reports to the Audit Manager and senior management.
• Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for audits.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on audit procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in internal audit and financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel for financial analysis.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
