📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to senior management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
