📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
