📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and document the work of other pest control technicians to ensure compliance with company protocols and industry standards.
• Use tools such as thermal imaging cameras and residual pest monitors to assess the effectiveness of pest control treatments.
• Document all inspections and treatments in the company's FieldTrack software.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure the long-term effectiveness of pest control treatments.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of pest control services.
• Assist in the training and development of new pest control technicians.
• Maintain a high level of safety and hygiene in the workplace.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional pest control solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control, preferably in a quality assurance or supervisory role.
• Certification in pest control from a recognized institution, such as the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).
• Familiarity with pest control software, such as PestPro and FieldTrack.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
